Yokohama-based Real Estate Company To Develop Large Site In Hirafu

Kutchan Town held a public briefing on 30 June to announce the development of a 6.5ha plot of land in Hirafu.

 

The developer is The List Group, a Yokohama-based international real estate company, which plans to build 20 villa lots, averaging about 2,000sqm each, and two commercial lots on the property.

Ground will be broken later this year and development will continue through the end of 2024.

The hilly site on the outskirts of Hirafu is along the Rankoshi Niseko Kutchan Route (Hokkaido Road 343), and is about 65% forested and adjacent to a north-flowing stream.

The List Group, founded in 1991, develops and sells a variety of commercial and residential real estate, as well as providing real estate management and asset consulting services.

This is its first development in the Niseko area.
