Intuition Furano Breaks Ground

Intuition Furano has broken ground with the construction of a model home that will be completed by the coming winter.

Developer Zekkei is well-known in Niseko for its developments Intuition Niseko, Elevation Niseko, and the upcoming Hoshinoya Hütte Niseko.

Intuition Furano, located in the heart of the Kitanomine ski area at the base of one of the ski runs, will ultimately be a collection of 17 modern villas alongside a condo-hotel.

Interested investors will also be able to purchase land within the development that can be built upon in line with the estate’s design code.

The Zekkei team reports that the first model home is already under contract with an overseas buyer who is planning on coming to stay this winter.

Although world-renowned for skiing, Furano may be more famous for its summers, with rolling fields of flowers, stunning mountain scenery and fresh farm-to-table cuisine.

Intuition Furano follows Zekkei’s recent Fenix Furano and Fenix West, both of which are open to guests for this summer.
