A public briefing session was held this week for Hotel 101-Niseko – a 450-unit, 900-guest condominium hotel in East Hirafu, next to Midtown Niseko.
The plans are for a six-storey building with one basement level, and a gross floor area of 20,674sqm.
Construction is planned to commence in September this year, with a completion date of September 2027.
Each unit is sized 21sqm for the capacity of two guests.
The project developer is Fillipino investment management company DoubleDragon Corporation, founded in 2009
Hotel 101 is their existing budget hotel brand with 10 properties in the Philippines.
Hotel 101-Niseko will be their first overseas project as they look to expand internationally.
