Hanazono’s Winter Zipline Bookings Open Today

For the second year, Hanazono is opening its Zipline for a winter session, and bookings open today, 20 February.

This year’s Winter Zipline will run from 15 March through 7 April.

The Hanazono Zipflight opened in the summer of 2022 and is Asia’s longest zipline at a combined 2,591m across three sections with the longest section, dubbed “Mach 3”, being 1,700m.

The entire activity, including travel time and preparations, lasts around one hour and costs JPY9,800 (US$65.20) for anyone aged six and over that weighs from 30 – 105kg.

The zipline reaches speeds, according to the Hanazono Zipfight website, of up to 110km/h.

While the Winter Zipline can be reserved same-day pending availability, advance bookings are recommended.

The green season Hanazono Zipflight will return at the end of April and last through mid-October.
