Japanese Calligraphy, Line And Live Art At Arishima Museum

An art exhibition featuring two local artists will open at Arishima Memorial Museum in Niseko Town.

 

Natsuki Kubo, an award-winning calligraphy artist, and Natsuco Susa, who mainly works in the field of drawing, are both from Kyowa Town and attended the same high school.

The exhibition is titled “LINE”, as it showcases the artists’ work of calligraphy and drawing that uses lines as a means of expression.

The exhibition will run from 22 June to 20 August, with a calligraphy live performance by Natsuki Kubo on 22 July at 4pm.

The Arishima Memorial Museum is open from 9am to 5pm and is closed on Mondays.
