Big Valley is a block of three semi-detached concrete chalets located side by side. The three chalets are completely self-contained and private – but it’s good to know there are options close by, just in case you’re travelling with a bigger group in tow.
Behind its cool and contemporary concrete exterior, Big Valley 3 offers a world of warm modern comfort. The living and dining are located on the middle level of this three-floor chalet and offer a great social hub for the whole group to gather in after a day spent exploring the slopes.
Functional to the max, the chalet offers a variety of sleeping arrangements to choose from, based on what suits you best. The three bedrooms located on the top floor all come with a king bed which can also be split into two singles if needed. Then there’s the bunk room tucked away on the basement floor – the perfect hideout for kids and teens looking for a little extra privacy away from the grownups.

Location
SETTING / ATMOSPHERE
Big Valley 3 sits in a sweet spot between Middle and Lower Hirafu. Both the ski slopes and restaurants are just 10 minutes away on foot (or even quicker with the shuttle bus), but you’re still in a more quiet spot surrounded by Niseko’s pristine nature.
LIFTS / TRANSPORT
The Ace family lifts are about a 10-minute uphill walk away, offering easy access to the mountain for beginners and seasoned skiers alike. If you don’t feel like walking with your ski gear, the shuttle bus stop is practically on your front door step.
RESTAURANTS / BARS
The dining hub of Momiji Zaka is just a few blocks away and the distance feels even smaller if you hop on the free shuttle bus instead of walking in the snow. There are also a few options even closer to home – including the iconic Fridge Door Bar!
