Niseko Expands Into Green Season With Niseko Golf Estates

For the first time, a villa development with a primary focus on golf is coming to Niseko.

Niseko Golf Estates, a Niseko Real Estate project in partnership with property manager Niseko Wow, is located just outside Hirafu Village and, nestled next to to Niseko Village Golf Course, offers villas that could not be closer to the green.

Jess Ripper, Niseko Real Estate Sales Director, said that his team has been finding that increasingly more investors, both overseas and domestic, are excited by Niseko’s winter and summer opportunities.

Part of the “both worlds” effort is the location, as Niseko Golf Estates is between the Hirafu and Niseko Village ski areas, offering alpine options when the golf courses are snowed-in.

There is also an onsen (Japanese natural hot spring) on site and connection to it is an option for all 24 estates, which range in size from 465 to 667sqm (140 to 201 tsubo).

Tokyo architecture firm ALA, as the project managers and lead architects for the development, have introduced design covenants ensuring all the villas are built to be harmonious with the surrounding natural environment.
