An art exhibition under the theme of “blue” will be held at Arishima Memorial Museum from 27 August until 9 October.
The exhibition will showcase the works of Japanese artists, primarily from Hokkaido, who have created art pieces reflecting the theme of blue visually or symbolically.
An opening event with refreshments and drinks will be held on 27 August from 13:00 to 15:00, with free admissions and a dress code of blue.
As part of the exhibition, an Aizome indigo dyeing workshop will also be held on both 8 and 9 of October, offering two timeslots of 10:00-12:00 and 13:30-15:30.
Participation requires a fee of JPY3500, and each timeslot can accommodate up to 5 people.
