Song Saa sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, in an exclusive neighborhood surrounded on all sides by Niseko’s natural woodland. Song Saa’s designers have chosen muted tones to create a contemplative, serene air that perfectly matches the snowy woods outside. The colour palette focuses on neutral grays and cool whites, offset nicely with dark polished wood and the occasional splash of muted colour in throws, artworks and lighting features. Song Saa will have you relaxing, unwinding and reposing in its gracefully designed spaces.
This chalet has two storeys: downstairs is home to four of the bedrooms, the undercover garage, and laundry / gear storage room. Upstairs is home to shared living spaces: an L-shaped, open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. The living room is a particular highlight that offers access to a private balcony, and showcases panoramic views on three sides. You’ll also find the master suite and guest bedroom upstairs. Opposite the kitchen is your own Japanese-style Tatami room, with its own private balcony access. This is a perfect place for quiet contemplation, yoga or post-slope stretching, but with its own flat-screen TV it can easily double as a media room for when viewing tastes diverge. This room can also house additional guests on futon bedding.
Function-wise it’s all here: a full kitchen, laundry dry room, and undercover garage make your self-catering Niseko life as seamless as possible. Or if you prefer to leave it to others, property management can help arrange grocery deliveries and private chefs to look after your group.

When you book Song Saa for additional guests, they will be housed in the Japanese-style tatami room on the upper floor. Up to two guests can stay here, with plenty of space for storage besides. There is a TV in the room, a large window, and access to a private balcony. There is also an en suite bathroom with toilet and washstand.

Location
SETTING / ATMOSPHERE
Song Saa is located in Annupuri village, at the foot of Niseko Annupuri ski resort. It is one of NIseko’s less busy ski resorts, and with national park land abounding it is also one of the more tastefully developed. You’ll find few high-rises and blocky hotels in Annupuri, with the focus instead on Japanese style pensions, holiday homes and graceful properties such as Song Saa, surrounded by forest land. Annupuri retains some of Niseko’s traditional charm, and is home to some beloved eateries and even a bar or two, but it is mostly chosen by those that value their slope time and seclusion.
LIFTS / TRANSPORT
You can walk 15 minutes to reach Annupuri’s ski slopes, or take a quick 2-minute drive to get to the upper parking lot. Annupuri village is too small for its own village shuttle service. Head to the ski slope’s main bus stop to access inter-resort buses, local bus services, as well as free buses that connect Niseko Village and Niseko Town to Annupuri. With property management getting you to and from the property on arrival and departure, you can feasibly enjoy a stay here without a vehicle – but with all in Niseko, life will be easier with a car (and the undercover garage will come in handy!)
RESTAURANTS / BARS
Near the ski slope check out Pizza Del Sole for delicious, traditional pizza. Or visit The Annupuri Lodge’s Luckyfingers for breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Taj Mahal Indian restaurant has an Annupuri branch that’s just outside the village, and Ichiseko across the road from the resort entrance offers delicious cafe fare throughout the day. Annupuri is one of the last places in the Niseko resort area where you’ll find onsen hot springs that allow day visitors – Yuyado Iroha and Yugokorotei are two hot springs with plenty of features and gorgeous outdoor pools to soak in.
