Kitanishi 2 & Kitanishi 3 is a set of solid, concrete townhouses that act like an impenetrable buffer between guests rugged up inside and the harsh cold of Hokkaido winter outside its walls. Located very centrally in a quiet street in Middle Hirafu Village, these townhouses are great for large groups – especially when rented together when it can accommodate up to 17 people. Kitanishi 3’s cool, concrete exterior is designed to stand up to the elements of a snowy Niseko winter. But don’t let that fool you – step inside and you’ll find a warm, cozy interior. Think central heating and soft, cozy couches, and you’ve got a modern ski chalet that you can call your home away from home. .
This three storey chalet has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of those an en suite) on the third floor, and an ensuite bunk / media room on the ground floor which is perfect for the kids. An open plan kitchen, living and dining area occupies the top floor.
Downstairs you will find a large “genkan” entrance where you take your shoes, and a dry room for storing skis and boards. Also included is a fully equipped laundry and ample technology, internet and entertainment.

SETTING / ATMOSPHERE
Kitanishi 3 is tucked away in a quiet corner, just off the main street between Upper and Lower Hirafu and just a short stroll from the traffic lights right in the centre of town. Being so centrally located you’re within walking distance of convenience stores, retail, and plenty of top-notch restaurants and bars.
LIFTS / TRANSPORT
Just 200-300m away is the new high-speed Ace Family Quad Lift, which is perfect for those beginners who want to hit the Family Run. More advanced skiers can use it to head to other lifts further up the mountain. If you don’t feel like walking, the free village shuttle stops nearby and will transport you to other lifts around the village.
RESTAURANTS / BARS
You’ll be right amongst the action, with at least a dozen restaurants and bars practically on your doorstep. If you want to walk a little further, you have a choice from at least 50 different options within 10-minutes walk of the chalet. Nearby offerings include the famous Fridge Door Bar, Niseko Taproom craft beer bar and Niseko Pizza.
