Andaru Niseko Villas were inspired by traditional Ainu housing and these six beautifully designed villas certainly look harmonious against their snow-covered backdrop. The estate is surrounded by pristine Hokkaido forest, offering an immersive experience in peace and tranquility just a short stint from the slopes.
Each of the six villas is built over two levels and spans a generous 118 square metres. The living and dining areas are located on the upper level to maximise the views visible through beautifully crafted cathedral windows. Guests also enjoy access to the estate’s club lounge and celebrated Italian restaurant Ultimo – the sister venue of the famous Ultimo Seminyak in Bali.
The villas are crafted with respect to local traditions and with a flair for modern indulgence. Each villa comes with personal butler service with amenities including a large smart TV; room wear designed by a Balinese artisan; luxury toiletries; a Nespresso machine and more.

The living areas are framed by cathedral windows looking out to the snow, incorporating the living and dining areas plus a well-equipped kitchenette into the same fluid space. The bedroom comes with two double beds which can be configured into a super king-sized bed if needed, plus a smart TV and en suite with bath and shower.

Andaru Niseko Villas is located amidst snow covered trees in a peaceful locale, around the halfway point between Hirafu and Niseko Village, providing convenient access to some of the best slopes in Niseko.
LIFTS / TRANSPORT
The lifts at Niseko Village are less than 10 minutes away by car and the same goes for Grand Hirafu, the most popular of the Niseko ski resorts. Guests have access to Andaru’s free shuttle service which can take you to Niseko Village, Hirafu, Kutchan area and Niseko station, subject to availability.
RESTAURANTS / BARS
The popular bars and restaurants of Hirafu Village are just five minutes away by car. You’ll also find some great options driving in the other direction, available at the exclusive Niseko Village ski resort. The estate also has its own Italian restaurant, Ultimo.

Only six villas stand on a vast site with Mt. Yotei in the background.
The second floor is the living room, and the first floor is the bedroom and bathroom.
Stay surrounded by carefully selected items such as stylish furniture, amenities and tableware.
The space where we could spend time to ourselves made us feel like time was passing slowly, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The very beautiful Ezo Fuji was a highlight. The facility is a private and extraordinary space, and all the dishes prepared by the chef, who has been trained in authentic Italy, were delicious. It is a place full of nature that I would like to visit again.

The atmosphere of the room was very nice and we were able to spend some time relaxing. The food was colorful and delicious. Especially the homemade butter had the best texture and taste I’ve ever had! The staff are friendly, so this is recommended for those who want to enjoy a relaxing trip.

Unforgettable week
We spent a week at the Andaru collections niseko 3 weeks ago and it was simply amazing. The villa is incredible with luxury comfort, and the service is « relais & chateau » level. The team really cares for the guests and was very reactive to any of our wishes. The half board experience is not to be mentioned, absolutely stunning and fine dining at restaurant Ultimo, and i know what i am talking about as a french chef! Bravo to the Chef too! Really thank you to all the team for this unforgettable experience ! We will definitely come again !

This is my first time writing a review. Andal started staying overnight on a family trip. It has only been a while since I checked in, but I am very satisfied with everything from the hospitality to everything! !
