Seizan 2 is a creation of West Canada Homes, a company created by expats wanting to merge classic Canadian ski lodges with Japanese powder pads. Seizan 2 (one half of the Seizan chalet) delivers just that: a cool modern combo of North American ski lodge design and Japanese touches. Love it!
The light and bright townhouse is generously spread over three floors. The living areas occupy the middle floor and work as the social hub of the lodge. The open floor plan makes it easy to socialise, whether you’re cooking a meal in the kitchen or watching your favourite Netflix show on the plush sofas.
As for the bedrooms, there are five in total, so there is plenty of room for bigger groups and families looking to experience Niseko to the fullest. On the one hand, you’re just a block away from the main dining strip, but at the same time, the townhouse sits on a quiet street, allowing guests to enjoy some well-deserved shut eye in peace, following a rigorous day of skiing.

Seizan 2 offers a great location in Hirafu Village. Tucked in a quiet street surrounded by other chalets and lodges, the setting is peaceful and quiet. At the same time, the ski village’s main dining strip is just one street over!
LIFTS / TRANSPORT
The Ace family lifts are about 10 minutes away on foot. If walking in the snow with your ski gear on doesn’t sound appealing, there’s also a shuttle bus stop just a minute from your front door.
RESTAURANTS / BARS
Seizan 2 is perfectly positioned to make the most of Hirafu’s vibrant dining scene. Momiji Zaka (Hirafu’s “eat street”) is just one street over, offering a real plethora of restaurants and pubs to choose from.
