Seizan 1 makes up one half of Seizan – a comfy modern townhouse built by West Canada Homes; a team of expats who fell in love with Niseko and wanted to introduce a touch of Canadian style living to the region. Seizan 1 is private and self-contained and offers all the creature comforts you could ask for.
The design is a refreshing mix of North American sensibilities and Japanese touches incorporated throughout. The living areas are cosy and bright, with an open floor plan maximising the available square metres. Though the chalet sits just moments from all the apres ski fun, the ambiance is deliciously serene as this is a more residential street, surrounded by other chalets. After all, you’ll want a good night’s sleep to make it to slopes in time!
The property is built over three floors, which makes it feel all the more spacious. Besides the middle-floor living/dining room, there’s also a bedroom/media room hidden on the basement level – the perfect hideout for teens or grownups who prefer a little more privacy!

SETTING / ATMOSPHERE
Seizan 1 offers one of the best locations in Niseko. The property is just a block away from all the apres ski action, but tucked in a quiet residential street, there’s still plenty of peace and quiet to go around. Nice!
LIFTS / TRANSPORT
It takes about 10 minutes to reach the Ace family lifts if you’re walking. If you don’t want to carry your ski gear around, the shuttle bus stop is just a minute from your doorstep. This means Hirafu is your oyster!
RESTAURANTS / BARS
Momiji Zaka, aka Hirafu’s unofficial eat street, is just one street over from the property, so you’ll definitely not go hungry while staying at Seizan 1! The ever convenient Seicomart is also close by – super handy for picking up groceries and snacks.

There are many brand new modern properties in Hirafu, but if the budget doesn’t stretch that far Seizan 1 and Seizan 2 are great value villas that are perfect for a large group.
