The second phase of sales is underway for Intuition, a 14,000sqm estate on the edge of Hirafu with 10 villa sites and a serviced apartment building.
Prominent Niseko developer Zekkei reports all 10 villa sites were sold within two weeks on the market last Christmas and sales for the apartments will open this winter.
Onsen drilling, roads and underground power have been completed. Zekkei says it has been acquiring more land in Niseko, Furano and Hakuba and has a number of premium projects in the pipeline.
