Amsterdam’s famous Vatten Ramen in Niseko.
A ramen restaurant from Amsterdam. Chicken-based cousin: Tori Paitan. “Tori” stands for chicken and “Paitan” refers to a white and creamy soup.
We boil down the chicken bones into a soup for at least nine-hours, and stew with local potatoes and onions until all the flavours come out and create a thick, creamy chicken bone broth.
At the Team NISEKO we have put all our efforts in perfecting this broth to serve our specialized chicken Vatten ramen.
On Route 5 next to Homac in Kutchan.
