The Ginto Residences, phase one of groundbreaking resort project The Pavilions Niseko, is close to sold out with three Ginto Villas built and six more breaking ground in spring 2019.
The adjacent 30-suite hotel is expected to be completed in early 2020 with a shopping village to follow before winter.
The Pavilions says the three completed Ginto Residences have cutting-edge interior design by Carl Hansen, Gubi and “&Tradition” including one with Noguchi lamps hanging from 6.5m ceilings.
