Sushi Hanayoshi was founded by Toyko-trained Niseko local Ryohei Yoshioka in 2006. Yoshioka-san travels to nearby ports to visit fish markets every morning, inspecting and selecting the freshest fish available. Tuna is sourced from famous Tokyo fish market, Toyosu.
