The Niseko mountain range’s first fatal avalanche accident in 11 years occurred on New Year’s Day this year. In order to prevent further tragic accidents, Mr. Akio Shinya, Director of the Niseko Avalanche Institute, will hold a special lecture to spread his knowledge. Everyone is invited
