The team behind the landmark Odin Place building at the Hirafu traffic lights, and iconic restaurant The Barn, have released the first taste of their latest project, Odin Hills (early architectural vision sketch above).
Located near the Park Hyatt at Hanazono, Odin says the master-planned luxury village will include a boutique hotel and individual luxury homes, with owner access to a clubhouse, spa and onsen (hot spring) overlooking a river.
The clubhouse will provide food & beverage outlets, guest services and conference rooms.
Work is due to commence next summer (2020) with first houses and clubhouse to be built in 2021.
Odin says they are driven by a desire to continue making projects of high creative value that raise people’s eyebrows and get them talking.
