Powder everywhere today, and there should be powder everywhere Monday morning to start what should be another great week. After 30cm of fresh snow overnight, there was another 30cm through the day today – there was a fresh inch or two every hour and it barely let up all day. After a couple of days with high winds shutting many of the lifts, it was almost too deep in lots of places.
MONDAY looking like it will be pretty hard to go wrong again:
– Annupuri will be hard to beat
– In Hirafu hit Miharashi early if you want to get some steep to match the deep
– Reports from Rusutsu are all positive and it should be a good option again
