IT’S always interesting to see what the press says about this little mountain town in Japan.
Recently, two articles in the world’s media rated Niseko quite highly: Forbes Traveller lists Niseko as the second snowiest resort in the world, behind Mount Baker in Washington and in front of Snowbird in Utah. What’s really exciting is that the New York Times has listed Niseko as number 12 of its ’41 places to visit in 2011’. With news like this, visitation rates are expected to intensify.
