Plans for a 141-unit luxury onsen (hot spring) hotel and condo development at Hanazono were revealed at a public meeting in Niseko this week.
The 1.7 hectare site is situated about 1km from the Hanazono Ski Resort base, alongside residential estate Hanaridge, and near the site of future premier development Odin Hills.
”It will consist of two hotel towers, three condominium blocks and five townhouses with onsen, restaurants, and gym facilities with a gross floor area of 16,805sqm
The towers will be 4-5 storeys high, and the townhouses 2 storeys.
Civil work is expected to commence from August this year, with construction due to start in May 2023 and completion September 2026.
The developer is Nupuri Holdings GK owned by a Hong Kong entity.
