A snowstorm hit Tokyo yesterday, dropping up to 23 cm (9 inches) of snow on downtown Tokyo, but none in Niseko yet.
This snow storm is coming to Hokkaido this afternoon. It’s already windy on mountains. Please check the latest lift status, many lift might stop operation. Not only the lifts, you need to check about buses, trains, high way and air planes if you have to go. If you don’t have to, better to stay home today. I will have a day off today and prepare for next powder day.
