Plans for Koa Niseko, a 20-lot estate development in Higashiyama, are well underway with the first home receiving development approval.
The 8300sqm plot is located just off the main road to the Niseko Village resort, about 450m from the Niseko Village Banzai Chair.
The 20 houses and townhouses are inspired by Japanese farmhouses in a nod to local heritage, and will come fully furnished with modern luxury Scandinavian interiors.
