Moutain Lights, a large-scale light art installation at Niseko Hanazono Resort, has opened for the summer.
As the first outdoor light exhibition in Japan by Bruce Munro, a world-famous British artist, the band of light stretches for 1.3 km, illuminating the foot of Mt Annupuri at night.
Visitors can stroll along the installation, as well as observe the installation from above in the Gondola to fully appreciate the mesmerizing display.
Additionally, Hanazono has planned several firework events at the resort from July to September, which can be enjoyed with the lights.
The Mountain Lights will be open until 9 October 2023
