Our wagyu comes from a farm in quaint Shiraoi, where four generations of farmers have been breeding the Japanese Black since 1946. The result is a generous slab of buttery, marbled A4 Wagyu. “HakuKatsu Sando” available for lunch.
12-2pm (or until sold out) / 6–10pm. Closed Wednesdays.
