Roads, onsen and all utility infrastructure have been completed at Hanaridge, the latest development by Apex Property Limited.
The 26,000sqm, 12-lot site is located off the main road to the Hanazono ski resort, in close proximity to the Park Hyatt development, and elevated on a ridgeline with ski resort and Mt Yotei views.
The first home on plot one is designed by prominent local architect Riccardo Tossani and will be completed in the first half of 2020. So far seven plots are sold and five more will be released for sale in 2018/19.
