First artifical snowflake created here

By 23rd January 2010August 27th, 2013

IT sounds hopping mad, but the world’s first artifical snowflake was created in Hokkaido… on the tip of a rabbit’s hair.

A local scientist achieved the feat in 1933 in his lab, by adjusting temperature, air pressure and humidity to replicate snow clouds.
