Niseko Honey Company, owner of a beauty salon in Hirafu, started selling high-end skincare products under the brand Nupurian, featuring Niseko honey as a key ingredient.
All Nupurian products feature honey made by bees that gather nectar from flowers growing in the Niseko Mountain Range.
The brand’s products also incorporate high-quality snowmelt water, rich in minerals, filtered through the mountain range.
The product line-up includes Moist Multi Milk (JPY14,888), an emulsion that moisturizes the skin and supports its firmness, and Glow Serum (JPY18,888), which delivers hydration and nutrients, supporting the skin’s barrier function.
Other products include Essence Care Mask (JPY8,888), which delivers an abundance of moisturizing ingredients to the skin, and Pure Honey Soap Bar (JPY8,888), crafted by hand.

Kasumi shared that the inspiration for Nupurian products took root when her business partner, after assisting at a honey farm in Niseko for over ten years, recognized the potential of honey.
Kasumi also saw a lack of souvenir products in Niseko, especially for women, which lead to the creation of a skincare brand using Niseko honey.
“We want everyone to experience Niseko honey’s unique charm,” she said, adding that she hopes her products become a classic souvenir for women visiting Niseko.
Nupurian products are sold at Smooth Niseko Beauty Salon, View Plaza and on Nupurian’s online store.
