A new high-end boutique condominium just below the Hirafu Gondola continues to shift the upper village’s centre of balance eastwards.
Powder Loft is a seven-storey, 13-unit building by Hokkaido Hospitality Holding, creator of Niseko’s first international high-end lounge bar, Powder Room.
The project is a collaboration with creative boutique design collective 22eme and prominent Hokkaido architect Makoto Nakayama.
Powder Loft will join Setsu, Rhythm Base ski hire and retail outlet and HakuVillas, all adding weight to this side of the village, away from the traditional concentration of development around the main street to the west, Hirafu Zaka.
