Local Japanese drum performance teams from different regions of Hokkaido will gather in Kutchan and perform with all their heart and soul to lift everyone’s spirit as well as to raise relief money for the victims of the recent disaster!
The money raised from the event will be sent to the affected area through the Hokkaido Shimbun Press.
