Beautiful clear morning after the storm. Not many snow fell last night but it was dumping in late afternoon.
After the big storm, mountains changes their shapes. New snow is not equally filled, many traps are created like icy bottom, hard pack snow, gaps, cornices and snowdrifts. Please ride carefully today. Do not duck ropes, the avalanche risk is high after the storm. I might go to Niseko Village, hopefully ride Mizuno no sawa, but if the gate closed, that’s fine. I will enjoy the groomers under the blue sky:)
