About 10cm of snowfall has accumulated at village level near Niseko Village since 7.30am yesterday.
Conditions on the Mountain (300-1300m) at 8am
Snowfall estimated: 15cm
Temperature: -5°C to -10°C
Wind: Moderate from the NW
No ruler report today as 360niseko takes a well-deserved day off, but we’ve had another welcome little top up today with 10cm down low which should translate to boot deep pow up high. It’s cold and still snowing, and the powder is beautiful quality. It’s been a great January so far with more snow in the next couple of days and then my forecast is showing the possibility of some sunshine after that – let’s wait and see.
