Big fat flakes falling in Hirafu village for much of the morning!! It’s still a little warm so it’s really wet snow and not settling on the roads or footpaths, and just a little on trees and bushes. Lower temps this week should mean that any precipitation falls as snow, and hopefully will be sticking now to form the base for the whole season. The coming week should see consistently low temperatures helping our cause, with light falls predicted throughout the coming days and building towards opening day on Saturday.
