Another amazing day here in Niseko. It’s really been a perfect week for ski tourists, with probably hundreds of thousands of photos taken of Mt Yotei. Here’s one of my thosuands above :)
While it’s been great for visitors, powder hounds have been left out in the cold. They’re are so hungry it hurts. Fortunately we’ve got snow in our immediate future. It should start falling up high from tomorrow night, and then at village level on Wednesday. It doesn’t look like a super cell, but it will be infinitely more than we’ve had for the past week and it will feel very nice under ski/board.
Our tip: It’s going to get smashed like Schmacko at dinner time in Hirafu pretty early so head further afield.
