Local business training course

In cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, the Niseko Chamber of Commerce is currently staging its Hokkaido Area Tourist Industry Vitalisation and Human Resources Development Project 2012. The project’s aim is to advance Japan as a tourist destination by helping people rediscover Hokkaido’s natural potential. Local businesses will learn how to make use of this potential in an effective way and cultivate their human resources accordingly.

As part of this project, a training course will be held for people operating a business, thinking about opening a business or developing new products and services in the Niseko area; or people who would like to gain practical knowledge, such as how to draft a business plan.

People wishing to participate are asked to register via telephone or FAX with:

Agenda
1 Marketing basics, product development basics, accounts planning and management, drafting a business plan, etc. (※Contect may be subject to sudden changes)
2 Lecturer: Fuyuhiko Usui (Specially appointed Professor at the Hokkaido University Center for Advanced Tourism Studies)
3 Capacity: 20 persons per course (please register early to avoid disappointment)

7 Notes
(1) The course consist of six sessions. Please attend all six sessions in one group.
(2) Meals will not be provided.
(3) When registering, please choose one of the two groups.
(4) The course will be held in Japanese.
