Niseko Royal Town was a early pioneer of holiday home subdivisions in Niseko.

After a period of dormancy when the center of the area’s ski resort enjoyed dominance, it is now roaring back in popularity. The location’s close proximity to ski lifts combined with reasonable land prices are the driving factors.
Situated on Royal Town’s main road, the 560 m2 (approx 169.40 tsubo) block is just a 4-minute drive from both Annupuri and Moiwa ski fields. Water and onsen pipes run along the road just in front of the site, making the land ideal for the construction of vacation villas or a small hotel.
