The property features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for those nights when you prefer to stay in cook for yourself. Relax in the cozy lounge and enjoy stunning views of Mt Yotei from the lounge room. There’s a widescreen TV with satellite TV including English-language channels, plus a DVD and CD player. Wireless internet is also included. The house has laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, as well as a ski storage and drying room.
Two western bedrooms and a tatami room are located on the first floor along whilst the upper level has a small loft. Three bedrooms will comfortably sleep six people in existing bedding, however additional bedding for a seventh guest can be added for an extra cost. All rooms have twin bedding, making this a great option for large groups of friends.
The house has two bathrooms, both with bath and shower, however none of the bedrooms have an ensuite. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the house, with everything you’ll need to be fully self-contained – even an oven and dishwasher. The kitchen and the large dining and living area are located on the lower level.

SETTING / ATMOSPHERE
Located in Izumikyo 1, on the outskirts of Hirafu, Jurin Cottage is in a peaceful and quiet area, yet still close enough to the action.
LIFTS / TRANSPORT
If you don’t mind a walk then it’s only about 10-minutes up to the village, however there is a shuttle stop practically right outside which will have you in the village in no time.
RESTAURANTS / BARS
If you don’t feel like heading up to the main part of the village there are still plenty of great options for dining in the Izumikyo area. Lawson convenience store is only a short walk away if you need to stock up on groceries.
