Yumeyama’s floor to ceiling windows provide the perfect frame to witness this incredible snowfall from the indoor comfort of a cosy living room, providing a memorable experience and a relaxing atmosphere for anyone lucky enough to visit.

High ceilings and a Hokkaido pine finish create a neutral and natural aesthetic within. A fully equipped kitchen allows for the preparation of home-cooked meals and snacks if a wintery walk to any one of Rusutsu’s nearby restaurants feel like too much of a challenge, and it features all of the Western appliances expected. A drying room for ski gear extends the convenience of life within Yumeyama, and for those feel playful after a day in the powder, a separate entertainment room packed with games is available to see out fun nights in. Western style beds can be found in 3 out of 4 of the chalet’s bedrooms. The 4th room features a more traditional style of sleeping arrangement specific to Japanese culture, which includes the laying of futon bedding directly onto woven bamboo mat flooring. It’s a comfortable way to sleep, which also delivers a cultural experience to anyone spending time in Yumeyama. A further 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet allows for privacy within the chalet, maintaining a sense of ease within this tension-free accommodation option in Rusutsu.
