Lodge Bamboo B&B is a friendly, comfortable pension-style accommodation well-located near the free shuttle bus stop in Middle Hirafu Village. It’s right alongside the Java Bar and has a lovely lounge inside, so for a social holiday it’s the place to be.
Lodge Bamboo B&B Accommodation
Lodge Bamboo B&B offers single rooms, twin rooms, quad rooms, and a 9-person dorm.
No ensuites unfortunately but there are three separate showers, a number of toilets and also laundry facilities available.
Breakfast is included in the rate and you can use the kitchen to cook your own food. There is a nice big friendly lounge and dining area.
There are lovely views of the surrounding snow-covered village from many of the windows around the lodge – unless the snow is piled up over the windows!
Lodge Bamboo Location
Lodge Bamboo B&B is located at the bottom of Hirafu Middle Village. It’s a fairly quiet part of the village, mainly filled with accommodation of all varieties, however there are several bars and restaurants within a short walk.
It’s a decent 10-15 minute walk to the lifts, but the free village shuttle bus stops just a few metres walk from the door so you’re never far from anything – the shuttle runs from 8am – 9pm daily and can take you to any lift ore restaurant in the village.
Right next door is Java Bar, just up the road is Bigfoot Bar, and a couple of streets down is Momiji-Zaka Street – one of the dining and entertainment hotspots of the village. There are more than a dozen bars and restaurants here – more than enough to keep you busy for most of your holiday!
