Sekka P4 Kado is a stunning, Sekka-designed, 6-bedroom home in Hirafu’s lower village. Comfortably sleeping 10 guests, the house is ideal for larger families and groups, and can accommodate up to three additional guests on extra bedding.
Designed by Shouya Grigg, a long-time resident of Japan and the man behind Niseko’s luxury Sekka brand, the home is suited to both winter and summer getaways. The spacious residence expands over four levels and has four bedrooms as well as two rooms perfect for nannies downstairs.
As well as spacious bedrooms, there are two living areas, which differ in size. Children could easily use the second living room, which also has a small kitchen, as a games room or to watch a movie on their own. The main living room, adjacent to the spacious kitchen, is warmed by the open fireplace and has stunning views of Mount Yotei. The living room’s main features are the views and the home cinema, where you can comfortably enjoy a movie with every guest in the house.
Another feature of the house is the relaxing home spa area, which has a rain shower as well as a large Japanese-style bath which overlooks the sunken Zen garden. After your relaxing soak you can unwind even more in the state-of-the-art Japanese massage chair. It doesn’t get much better than that!

Sekka P4 Kado Location
Sekka P4 Kado is located in Lower Hirafu Village, which provides easy access to everything you’ll need, yet offers a bit more peace and quiet than the upper village. It’s about a 15-minute uphill walk to the lifts which can be a bit tricky in ski boots, but there’s a shuttle stop just a few minutes walk away so you can be up on the mountain before you know it!
Hirafu has plenty of restaurants just a short walk or shuttle trip up the hill, however there are also some great options in the lower village as well, some within 100m of the house. The Seicomart convenience store is a 10-minute walk up the hill if you need to stock up on groceries.
