It’s perfect for medium-sized families or groups who don’t mind being away from the action but want a great property in a beautiful location. If you do want to head up to the village it’s only 10 minutes on the village shuttle, which stops right nearby.

This holiday home has been built to take advantage of Niseko’s year-round beauty, offering unparalleled views of the stunning Mt Yotei from the living and dining area. It features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with an open-plan living and dining area that offers unparalleled views of Mt Yotei and the Hirafu Resort area.
The living area opens into a Japanese-style tatami room, perfect for channeling your inner Zen after a long day on the ski slopes. If you prefer to relax by having a long soak in the tub, you can do that too – both bathrooms in the chalet have bathtubs. There’s also a washing machine and dryer in the upstairs laundry, adding convenience for longer stays.
The house sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms split over the two floors. The beds in each room can be configured as one king or two twins, based on guests’ preference. The property features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen which is incorporated in the spacious open-plan living and dining area – perfect for preparing meals on the nights when you prefer to stay in.

The first bedroom is located on the first of two levels and opens up onto the open-plan living area. There is a closet in the room, and a standalone bathroom with a bathtub just across the hall. Two guests can sleep in either a king double or two single beds, according to your needs.

Located up on the second level, the second bedroom features either a king double or two single beds and sleeps two guests. There is a large walk-in closet and a glass door that opens out on to the second-floor balcony. A standalone bathroom with a bathtub is located close by on the same floor.

SETTING / ATMOSPHERE
Located in Izumikyo 2, in East Hirafu Village, this is the perfect spot for those who prefer a little bit of peace and quiet over being right amongst the action – though it only takes minutes’ to reach the centre of village.
LIFTS / TRANSPORT
It’s not within easy walking distance of the main village (15 minutes or so if you’re feeling energetic), however the village shuttle bu stop is right nearby and will whisk you up to the lifts or the village in 10 minutes.
RESTAURANTS / BARS
The house is within walking distance to some delicious local restaurants and cafes as well as a bakery hidden in this more quiet part of town, so you’re not stuck for choice if you don’t feel like heading up to the village.
