Tsuru is one of Niseko’s finest mountainside luxury chalets, sleeping up to 10 adults very comfortably.

Tsuru is a pair of semi-detached, three-storey townhouses located in the exclusive residential area of Hirafu, Izumikyo 1. Each 5-bedroom townhouse will sleep up to 12 adults, making them perfect for larger groups or families.

The homes are sophisticated and stylish, and are easily some of the most luxurious accommodation in Niseko. With a combination of Japanese serenity and alpine beauty they have been designed to make the most of their stunning surrounds, offering unimpeded views of Mt Yotei and the Hirafu ski area.

The houses are fully self-contained, with full kitchen and laundry facilities and each home features an open-plan living and dining area, with the centrepiece being the beautiful stone fireplace – the perfect place to cosy up with a glass of wine or a good book after a long day on the slopes. The media room has a state-of-the-art entertainment system and the house is also connected with high-speed wireless internet.

Tsuru Accommodation

Tsuru townhouses each have five bedrooms that will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. An additional two guests can be accommodated on futon, available at an additional charge. The bedding arrangements are flexible, with bedding in each room able to be configured as either twin or double.

Each house has four bathrooms, two of which are ensuites. There is an additional guest toilet on the middle level, which is the main living level.
The kitchens are fully equipped with modern Western appliances so you can stay in and cook for yourself if you don’t feel like heading out for dinner.

Tsuru Location

Tsuru is located in Izumikyo 1, which is an exclusive residential area just outside of the main part of Hirafu. It’s close enough to the action that you won’t feel isolated, but just far enough that you’ll enjoy the peace and quiet that Izumikyo offers. It’ll take you about 15-20 minutes to walk to either the Gondola or the Ace family chair, but there’s a shuttle stop very close by so you can jump on the shuttle and be up on the slopes in no time.

It’ll only take you 10 minutes to walk into the main part of the village, so you don’t have far to go to get to some of Hirafu’s best restaurants. There are also several great dining options within the Izumikyo area as well, if you don’t feel like venturing too far. If you need to stock up on any groceries then it’s only 5 minutes walk to the nearby Lawson convenience store.
