This modern condo ticks all the boxes for a stylish Niseko holiday. Located at the bottom of Upper Hirafu, it’s right in the thick of the dining and entertainment epicentre and close to everything you will need – most importantly including the ski lifts! There are three apartments in this boutique block, with two 2-bedroom options and one 3-bedroom penthouse over two stories.
The apartments blend Western comfort with Japanese design features with warm tones. Timber floors enhance the alpine feel, while floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside into the living areas with plenty of light. The living, dining and kitchen are open-plan and great for cooking for family or entertaining friends.
There is one apartment per floor, meaning the elevators open directly into your apartment with your security key. The TVs are huge and the wireless internet is fast, meaning after you return at the end of a day on the hill or evening out wining and dining you can stream your free Netflix till you can’t keep your eyes open any longer, ready to do it all again the next day.

SETTING / ATMOSPHERE
Suishou is located in a busy part of Upper Hirafu, just off the main road and right in the middle of the action. Within minutes walk there are dozens of restaurants, bars, shops and services and also the outdoor food village.
LIFTS / TRANSPORT
Suishou is as easy five minutes walk from the Ace Family Run, from where experienced skiers can catch the high-speed quad lift further up the mountain. If you want to go to a different lift the free village shuttle stop is about 100m walk.
RESTAURANTS / BARS
Within 50m of the front door there are three izakaya restaurants, a nabe hotpot restaurant, and Hyatt House Niseko with half a dozen restaurants in-house. The outdoor food village is also right nearby and great for cheap takeway.
