Built over two levels and encompassing some 650 square metres, Seasons Residence offers plenty of space for entertaining your entourage after a day of skiing (the Annupuri ski lifts are less than five minutes away with your private chauffeur). But it’s not just about the square metres or the finely curated furniture that fills every room – at this next level chalet, it’s definitely about the bells and whistles. The obvious highlight is the heated indoor pool (one of the only private pools in Niseko) with bifold doors opening out to the surrounding snow. But that’s just one of the standout features – then there’s the eight-seater cinema with surround sound, European sauna, fully stocked bar (with beer on tap!),… Our favourite feature has got to be sumptuous outdoor fire pit.
Though the furnishings are beyond plush, what really makes this chalet stand out is the service. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor on the north-western side of the chalet, with windows on three walls and views over forest and out the the Mt Konbudake. It has Western bedding directly facing the full-wall windows, en suite with bath and closets for storing your luggage.

Location
SETTING / ATMOSPHERE
Seasons Residence is located at the end of a quiet road in the peaceful village of Annupuri – the western-most resort of Niseko and about 15 minutes drive from Hirafu. It is surrounded by forest and definitely a resort area without many shops close by, but there is plenty of natural onsen (hot spring) baths and restaurants.
LIFTS / TRANSPORT
The chalet comes with vehicle and driver that can get you to the lifts in about two minutes. If you wanted to walk it would take about 10-15 minutes, and advanced skiers could ski back through forest to get back to the lodge. The driver can also take you easily to any local restaurants, bars or onsens.
RESTAURANTS / BARS
There are several amazing restaurants within under five minute’s drive of the house. Three standouts are Rakuichi Soba (which Anthony Bourdain described as the best soba he’d ever eaten); Sushi Shin, whose sister restaurant in Sapporo has three Michelin stars; and a quaint Italian restaurant La Casetta.
