The Hilton Niseko Village will hold its third party for guests to enjoy wines from around the world and Hokkaido regional foods.
At this November’s event, the focus will be on wild game, a must-try autumn food.
Aigamo (a type of duck) from Takikawa, Hokkaido and foie gras will be served as a main dish alongside cheese from Niseko and other carefully selected complementary regional flavors.
