The Barn has proudly announced its winter opening and, snow Gods willing, it will coincide with the day Niseko Hirafu turns the lifts back on. After exploring or rediscovering the mountain all day, head to Hokkaido's one and only Bistro restaurant, because it's time for dinner at The Barn.

Of course, once you get a taste of The Barn's food and drink menus, you're not going to want to go anywhere. The party's just getting started. No reservations needed after 8:30pm, just Y2500 which gets you a 3-hour "nomihodai" (all-you-can-drink) until 11:30pm.
Also introducing The Barn's resident musician for 2010/2011… KENJAH, who'll be blessing the spot from 9:30 onwards.
With Niseko's premier chef and bar and restaurant dream team having taken the reigns, this opening in particular reaffirms that Niseko has world class drink and dining options to match its world class snow.
