For a long time, Niseko ladies and those visiting the area, have wanted a place where they can pamper themselves. This year they have it.
The Green Leaf Hotel has recently opened its spa for trade and the offerings are perfect for quick treatments between ski runs or at the end of the day, as well as longer pampering sessions.
On the menu you’ll find various 15-minute massage treatments including The Rubber Neck, The Shredder (foot and lower-leg massage), Face the Powder (natural facelift for chapped winter skin) and the signature Hot Buttered Rum treatment. The latter involves a spiced-brown scrub applied to the hands or feet, which is then followed by a drenching of creamy spice-infused hot-buttered rum. There are also longer massage treatments available as well as a specialty 'Couples Massage' service.
Apart from massage, there is also a manicure and pedicure service. You can have either a quick clean and polish or indulge with a luxury service. Unique to The Green Leaf Spa is the swan art intricately painted on nails (pictured) and the special treats for the kids and teens, including very cool hair braiding.
