It looks like a real winter morning outside. I went to Grand Hirafu yesterday. I wanted to go to the peak but I didn’t as the visibility wasn’t good enough. Also there were plenty of fresh snow on the courses so I didn’t have to. I enjoyed fresh turns on fresh powder after a long time.
I found that Annupuri side has got more snow than Hirafu side this morning, so Annupuri might be a good choice today. I touched icy bottom yesterday, hopefully it’s covered by fluffy snow today. It’s windy so please check the lift status before you go out. And it’s cold like real winter so don’t forget to get layers like high season.
