Snow has stopped falling and very very cold morning. I went to Niseko Village early gondola at 7:30 yesterday. It was super cold!! I thought my nose were gone after the first run. Snow was hardly packed by wind at upper area but great in the trees.

Wind will get calmer and sun might show up this afternoon. I might go to Hanazono, because strong west wind might have brought lots of snow on Hanazono side. Please check the latest lift status and avalanche information, it’s still windy in the morning. Snow is not in same condition, storm created snow drifts, gaps, hard packs, icy bottom…etc. Please ride carefully.

Seems like the powder week has began.
